Our Story

Mark Fiacable decided to join the ACASA Senior Care brand when he and his wife, Jan saw the increasing need in their hometown of Fort Myers, Florida. After doing much research on the different brands to partner with, he found the perfect fit with the ACASA Senior Care Franchise. Mark has worn many hats in the business world and saw the importance of the Senior Care Industry.

Mark brings with him an extensive background of Business Management, as well as a drive for showing compassion to the aging population.

Mark’s main focus will be on developing the Southwest Florida market. He sees great potential for the entire state of Florida and is looking forward to sharing the ACASA Senior Care Franchising opportunity with others.

Jan Fiacable decided to join the ACASA Senior Care brand when she and her husband Mark, saw the increasing need in their hometown of Fort Myers, Florida. After Mark did extensive research on the different brands to partner with, they found the perfect fit with the ACASA Senior Care Franchise. Jan brings with her an extensive background of Accounting and Management, as well as a drive for showing compassion to the aging population.

Things got personal when both her husband and father passed. Jan began volunteering for a local hospice outreach program. There, she found her passion with helping people as they dealt with the grief of losing a loved one and navigating through the process. It was an eye-opening experience, as she got to see first hand, the importance this field is to our society. Jan’s role will solely focus on their individual unit within the Ft. Myers market. She will be the Managing Director of their flagship branch.
